Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Meeting and registering guests;
\n\u2022 Check-in\/ check-out;
\n\u2022 Work in the Libra hotel program;
\n\u2022 Payment acceptance; cash discipline; working with credit cards and cash;
\n\u2022 Prompt resolution of problems encountered by guests, prevention of conflict and problematic situations;
\n\u2022 Maintaining a guest database.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Fluency in English;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the PMS Libra hotel program will be an advantage;
\n\u2022 Good communication skills, responsibility, attentiveness, stress tolerance, politeness.<\/p>\n
